A social group for neurodivergent adults that meets monthly, providing peer support and opportunities for resource sharing.
If you have ADHD, ASD, SPD, or a neurodivergence of any kind, this group is for you.
Meet other neurodivergent adults in the community, discuss your experiences, and share resources and strategies with one another. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

*If you work with a caregiver in public settings, please ensure they can attend the meeting with you. Support persons are also welcome to attend with you.
On June 18, guest speaker Katye Strichik, RN will present on anxiety, a common mental health comorbidity for people with ADHD and ASD. In her presentation, we will learn some common signs of anxiety and gain useful coping skills.
