The O'Neal Library Teen Advisory Board is a volunteer organization of students in grades 7-12 who want to contribute to the improvement of Mountain Brook's library. TAB member benefits include free food, service hours, memorable events, internship opportunities, and more!
We will discuss the following topics on November 6:
- Welcome & Upcoming Programs
- Evaluating current O'Neal Library programs for teens: how can we improve current programs and services? We will focus on craft programs, Library Loot Book Club, DIY Yums, and Dungeons & Dragons/story programs for teens.
- 2024 Teen Summer Reading discussion: the theme is "Adventure Begins at Yours Library." How should we decorate the Young Adult area? Prepare programs? Create book displays?
- Teen Advisory Board logo: submit your Teen Advisory Board logo designs by November 30, 2023! Email them to teens@oneallibrary.org.
Register if you plan to attend this meeting through Zoom. A Publix sandwich dinner will be provided for in-person TAB attendees.
