At this afternoon's event, Susan Finley will join us to discuss ways to eat healthier, exercise more, and be more fit. Copies of her book are available at local bookstores, or at the Library!
Please join us at O'Neal Library on June 5 for an afternoon with the author, Susan Finley. Susan is the owner of Trainsmarter right here in Crestline on Dunston Avenue. Her new book, "The Smarter Way: To Exercise, Move, Eat, Think, Live” is available at the Library as well as at local bookstores.
Susan uses her experience from 35 years of working with hundreds of clients to encourage people to take charge of their quality of life by getting strong, eating and sleeping well, and managing stress. In her book as well as in our discussion, Susan will address the most worthwhile approach to exercise, strategies for long-term weight loss, ways to manage back pain, and more.
There will be a limited number of spots available for this in-person event at O'Neal Library.
Please select an option when you register.
A library card is not required, just your first name, last name, email address, and whether you want to attend in person or virtually.
