Join us in-person or virtually for a lively evening with Grady Hendrix, the award-winning author of My Best Friend's Exorcism and How to Sell a Haunted House!

On Saturday, March 18 at 7:00 pm, Under the Mountain welcomes best-selling novelist Grady Hendrix, author of The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires and the Bram Stoker Award-winning Paperbacks from Hell.

With the publication of his “haunted IKEA” novel, Horrorstör in 2014, Hendrix began what has proven to be one of the most imaginative and idiosyncratic careers in contemporary horror fiction. Hendrix’s novel, My Best Friend’s Exorcism, was recently adapted into a movie of the same name for Amazon's streaming service.  Titles such The Final Girl Support Group and How to Sell a Haunted House demonstrate what Hendrix does best—merging a genuine talent for humor and quirky characterizations with astute depictions of human foibles and—most important of all—a real feel for building dread and unease. In short, Hendrix demonstrates what every author hopes to achieve: fine writing with a gift for compelling storytelling.

HOW TO SELL A HAUNTED HOUSE IN A CHALLENGING MARKET

From Pliny the Younger to the Amityville Horror, we’ve been convinced there’s something undead living inside our homes rent-free for thousands of years. New York Times bestselling author, Grady Hendrix, presents another of his one-of-a-kind, one-man shows, tap-dancing through the haunted hallways of houses from Downton Abbey-sized country homes to split-level suburban ranchers as we try to figure out why we’re so obsessed with the world's worst roommates, ghosts. This is the seminar that will change your life...guaranteed!

Doors at 6:30 pm, event begins at 7:00 pm.

This event is FREE and open to the public, followed by a Q&A and book signing.

Reserve your seat today for a chance to win a signed book by Hendrix!

This event will be streamed live. For more information about this event and others, Like us on Facebook and follow us @undrmtn on Instagram and Twitter.
