This monthly class targets adults who are either new to yoga, returning to their practice, or ever curious to fine-tune the basics.
Join Marie Blair in this once a month class to explore the foundations of breathing, alignment, and body awareness. Each month we'll try different foundational postures focusing on the intent and the underlying mechanics. As always, simplicity of movement and self-acceptance will be reinforced.
Marie also teaches a weekly gently yoga class. These classes are held on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Please register in advance for those classes through the adult calendar page on our website.
