January 8 - "Mr. Blandings Builds His Castle" by Eric Hodgins, page 309 in "Adaptations," adapted to Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House, directed by H.C. Potter in 1948. The film is available on DVD in the library system.
February 12 - "Spurs" by Tom Robbins, page 161 in "Adaptations," adapted to Freaks, directed by Tod Browning in 1932. The film is available on DVD in the library system. The film is showing available (may incur a cost) on Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+. It is available to stream on the Internet Archive.
March 11 - "Kelemo's Woman" by Molara Wood (Nigeria), page 19 in "One World."
April 8 - "A Man Called Horse" by Dorothy M. Johnson, page 231 in "Adaptations," adapted to A Man Called Horse, directed by Elliot Silverman in 1970. The film is available streaming, both for free and for rent, from a variety of online services. Ron is leading.
May 13 - "Momento Mori" by Jonathan Nolan, page 451 in "Adaptations," adapted to Memento, directed by Christopher Nolan in 2000.
